Healing Touch: Offering Massage therapy and Bodywork sessions

Massage treatments:

1. Classical Sport Massage

• deep tissue massage, mobility, strenght, pain relief, body activation, release of tension, focus on muscles

2. Relaxing Soft Massage

• relaxation, body healing, soft touch, slowing down, focus on softening of the body

3. Energy Healing Bodywork

• inner healing activation, very gentle and soft touch, focus on energetic healing, deep relaxation and trust, includes sound healing

Rates:

• 1 hour / 55 € / 1200 CZK

• 1,5 hour / 65 € / 1600 CZK

• 2 hours / 100 € / 2500 CZK

*Time is setted for massage treatment only. There is extra time before and after the treatment.

About:
In my treatments I am focusing on combination of soft touch and deep body relaxation. I am navigating you through touch from your active mind into your body.

Massage treatments activates your own body healing process, we are allowing the body to do it’s work and helping the mind to rest, relax and process on it’s own.

During our session we have a small preparation before, where we get in touch of what is alive in your body. After that you receive the massage and in the end there is 10 minutes of deep relaxing without any touch, it’s possible for you to fall asleep. In the final phase you are allowing the treatment and it’s effects to integrate. We finish with checking – in and a talk if needed.
