Healing Touch: Offering Bodywork Treatments and Massage Therapy Sessions

In my treatments I am focusing on soft touch and deep relaxation. I am navigating you through touch from your active mind into your body.

By this type of a massage I activate your own inner healing process, letting the body do it’s work and helping the mind to rest and relax. This is your own little healing journey, where I am staying present with you and your body with whatever arrises. I am here to help you to feel deeply nurished and seen.

During our session we have a small preparation before, where we get in touch of what is alive in your body. After that you receive the massage and in the end there is 10 – 20 minutes of deep relaxing without any touch, it’s possible for you to fall asleep. In the final phase you are allowing the treatment and it’s effects to unfold. Possible realizations or understanding can come.

• Massage therapy treatment / 60 minutes / 55 € / 1100 CZK

• Massage therapy treatment / 90 minutes / 65 € / 1300 CZK

• Massage therapy treatment / 120 minutes / 75 € / 1500 CZK

~ Time is setted for massage treatment only. There is some extra time before the treatment and after.

• Prague & surroundings, south countryside (Czech Republic) – CURRENTLY NOW

• SW Algarve (Portugal)

• Possibility of travelling to your own place to offer the massage treatment.
